1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. Description of Service

We develop and publish mobile applications for personal productivity, security, lead management, and related services. Each app provides specific features as described on its respective listing on the Google Play Store.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. LifeVault - Password Manager Terms

• Master Password: Your master password is the only key to unlock your vault. We do not store or have access to your master password. If you forget your master password, we cannot recover your data.
• Data Security: All your data is encrypted on your device using AES-256 encryption. We use zero-knowledge architecture.
• Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data and remembering your master password.
• Premium Features: Cloud sync, unlimited password storage, and ad-free experience require a paid subscription.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the app.
• Share your account with others or resell the service.
• Upload malicious content or viruses.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the app to store or transmit illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications are owned by Narender Grewal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices regarding your data.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
