- Vault Data: Passwords, notes, documents, shopping lists, tasks, and reminders that you manually create within the app. This data is encrypted and stored securely on your device.
- Usage Data: App usage patterns for subscription management and service improvement.
- Payment Information: Payment transaction IDs when you purchase a subscription. We do NOT store credit card or banking details.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

- To track usage limits and manage your subscription.

- Cloud Storage: When cloud sync is enabled, data is stored on secure Firebase (Google Cloud) servers.
- Biometric Protection: App access can be protected using fingerprint or face authentication.
- Zero-Knowledge Architecture: We cannot access or decrypt your vault data. Only you have the encryption keys.
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Google Services: Firebase (cloud storage and authentication), Google Sign-In (authentication).
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing.
- Google AdMob: Advertising services (for free tier users).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Your Vault Data
All data you store in LifeVault (passwords, notes, documents, etc.) belongs to you:
- Data is encrypted on your device before storage.
- We do not have access to your encryption keys or decrypted data.
- Data can be deleted at any time by you.
- Export functionality allows you to download your data.
- We are not responsible for data loss due to forgotten master passwords.
6. Third-Party Services
Our apps may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
7. Advertising (Free Tier)
For free tier users, we display advertisements using Google AdMob:
- AdMob may collect device identifiers and advertising data.
- You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
- Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
